 Fractional Membership at Hengar Manor At Hengar Manor, a limited group of its Lodges have been luxuriously refurbished to the highest standard, with quality furnishings, fixtures & fittings, and are now available for Fractional Membership with ten individual buyers per Lodge being offered the chance to become Joint Owners. Although a relatively new concept in the UK, Fractional Membership is well established in the US and across Europe and is based on the simple principal of a group of people jointly buying a second home together and then equally sharing their time at the property as well as the cost of its maintenance and upkeep. However, unlike Timeshare, the buyers will actually own a physical share of the bricks & mortar of their property on a 999 year leasehold basis. How it works With prices starting from just £39,500 per Fractional Share, potential buyers will acquire an actual share of their own holiday home in Cornwall, but without the burden of maintaining the property and ensuring it is kept to the highest standard year-on-year. Through the additional Annual Maintenance Charge, all of the responsibility of looking after the holiday homes will be organised by the highly experienced Hengar Manor Management Team who will ensure that the Lodges are impeccably maintained and presented, and for two weeks each year will also conduct a refresh, redecoration and thorough maintenance check. In addition, the Hengar Manor Team will also store a small collection of each Fractional Members' own home comforts, ornaments and possessions so that the Lodge can be 'dressed' ready for whichever Member is next visiting. Making the most of your purchase Members may also decide to purchase multiple shares in their chosen Lodge, which will mean that they will be able to spend even longer enjoying their time at Hengar Manor. And of course, their visitors get to take full advantage of the range of facilities onsite also! |
